Contract appropriate maintenance/repair trades persons if unable to repair. Accept rental calls, provide information, set up appointments to view suites.

Maintenance and repair of external and internal project structures, facilities and equipment which includes minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical and grounds.

Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License, Class 1 license an asset. Mentorship and development of more junior employees. Proven electrical field service experience.
